Target Tracking with Dynamically Adaptive Correlation (DAC-Tracking).
This video illustrates the performance of Dynamically Adaptive Correlation (DAC) for target tracking. This algorithm for target tracking is based on dynamically adaptive correlation filtering. The performance of the DAC tracker is compared with that of successful state-of-the-art trackers such as the Structured-Output-Tracking-with-Kernels (Struck), Tracking-Learning-Detection (TLD), and Multiple-Instance-Learning (MIL) in relation to a manually chosen Ground-Truth (GT) reference. This research was done by the Digital Signal Processing Group of Instituto Politécnico Nacional - CITEDI, Tijuana México (www.citedi.ipn.mx). |

Seeing through the fog: Real-time image dehazing
This video illustrates the perfromance of a proposed algorithm for removing the effects of haze in images in a laboratory prototype. The algorithm is implemented in GPU for high-performance real-time signal processing. The processing algorithm is based on calculation of local rank-order statistics and the construction of locally-adaptive neighborhoods. This was done at Instituto Politecnico Nacional - CITEDI, in Tijuana Mexico. Politécnico Nacional - CITEDI, Tijuana México. |
